The 304-unit Jefferson Square at Washington Hill development in East Baltimore was recently sold to a Los Angeles investment firm for an undisclosed price. The five-story building is located at 101 N. Wolfe St. at the corner of Fayette Street, south of Johns Hopkins Hospital and is 95 percent leased, an official in the leasing office said Tuesday.
