Gov. Larry Hogan may have quite a bit of sway in the state. But he doesn’t often get a chance to control a robotic unmanned ground vehicle designed for the military. During a visit with Gaithersburg robotics company Robo-Team Ltd., Hogan tested and threw one of the companies products. Hogan even tossed one tossed one across the room to illustrate its durability.
