Stevenson University won state approval on Wednesday to acquire 117 acres of the 178-acre former Rosewood Hospital Center in Owings Mills, a deal that took more than seven years to complete. Stevenson will buy the land from the state for $1 and begin work on cleaning up the nearly 130-year-old property.
