Shake Shack, Uncle Julio’s Rio Grande Cafe and four other new retailers and restaurants have inked leases in the Mall in Columbia. The businesses will occupy a total of 100,000 square feet and plan to open their doors later this year and into 2018, mall officials said Wednesday.
