Neil Parish grew up in Randallstown and worked his first job at the old Caplan’s Deli on Liberty Road as a dishwasher when he was 14 years old. Now, 38 years later, Parish plans to expand his Cherry Hill, New Jersey, delicatessen, the Kibitz Room, with a location in Pikesville.
