Two downtown Baltimore hotels have been sold as part of a portfolio sale and will undergo renovations. Austin, Texas-based Summit Hotel Properties purchased the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor and the Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor.
