Carrols Restaurant Group Inc., the largest operator of Burger Kings in the country, has purchased Rockville franchisee Republic Foods Inc. The deal will give Syracuse, N.Y.-based Carrols control of 17 Burger Kings, mainly in Anne Arundel, Prince George’s and Calvert counties. A purchase price was not disclosed.
