The big box store built to hold a Sports Authority at Foundry Row has a new tenant. HomeGoods recently inked a deal to move into the Owings Mills shopping center and should open by the end of the year, said Brian Gibbons, chairman of Greenberg Gibbons, the developer of the large retail and office project that opened last year.
