The expansion of the water taxi under Kevin Plank is continuing with the addition of another stop — this time involving his brother. Anthem House, a new apartment complex in Locust Point, now has its own water taxi stop. The project is being co-developed by Scott Plank’s War Horse LLC and the Bozzuto Group.
