Harkins Builders Inc. is moving its construction management corporate headquarters to downtown Columbia. The 50-year-old company said Friday it had signed a lease for 120,000 square feet of office space in the Park Square building at 60 Columbia Corporate Center. The glass and steel structure, located at 10490 Little Patuxent Parkway, was built by Harkins in the 1980s.
