One-Eyed Mike’s, the popular Grand Marnier bar located on South Bond Street in Fells Point, will head to auction next month as owner Mike Maraziti steps away from the restaurant he opened in 2003. According to a listing by the Ashland Auction Group, the 13-year-old bar located at 708 S. Bond St. will be auctioned off June 30 with the bidding starting at $900,000.
