McHenry Row's second phase will include 225 apartments, possible hotel or senior housing

Developer Mark Sapperstein’s latest plans for the second phase of McHenry Row in Locust Point include a 225-unit apartment complex and possibly a hotel or senior housing center. The $45 million, seven-story apartment building at 1215 E. Fort Ave. will wrap around an existing 600-space parking garage that Sapperstein and his company, 28 Walker Development, built at the site of the former Phillips Seafood manufacturing facility.
