Sagamore Development Co. has tapped Ripken Baseball to design athletic fields at its planned $5.5 billion redevelopment of Port Covington in South Baltimore. The fields will be part of a 26-acre public park on the western rim of Port Covington along the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River.
