A Washington, D.C. dining icon will open a Baltimore outpost next month. Ben’s Chili Bowl, the landmark U Street restaurant that has served celebrities and politicians including President Barack Obama, will debut a location inside Horseshoe Casino’s Marketplace food hall in early March, casino officials announced Tuesday.
