The Woodberry apartment development in the Jones Falls Valley is preparing to start leasing as the multi-family market in North Baltimore gains another landmark. The 284-unit Class A luxury project is located at 2100 Cold Spring Lane, just off Interstate 83 and steps from the light rail station.
