Annapolis mansion sold in January for $6.2M tops last year's record home sale

A five-bedroom mansion in Annapolis sold for $6.2 million in January after less than four months on the market. The Long Island shingle-style home sits on a private piece of land known as Melvin Point, spanning 1.7 acres and overlooking the South River.
