A limited supply of homes on the market pushed the median sales price of Baltimore-area homes to a new record for the month of January, according to a recent report. Active listings in the region dropped by 13.9% in January while new listings were only up 0.4%, resulting in the lowest overall monthly inventory of the past decade.
