Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. is teaming up with the Chicago Cubs to launch a new regional sports network that will mark the broadcaster’s latest foray into live sports. Hunt Valley-based Sinclair and the Cubs will own and operate the Marquee Sports Network through a joint venture, bringing together one of the most iconic sports franchises and one of the largest TV broadcasters.
