Specifically, the 20854 ZIP in Potomac, and two ZIP codes in Bethesda top the list in a new ranking by Realtor.com. In the tony Potomac suburb, the median list price for homes in 2018 was $1.34 million, and on average the area had a monthly inventory of 241 properties.
