The Baltimore Ravens are freezing ticket prices for the second straight season in 2019. The move comes despite the franchise making its first playoff appearance in four seasons last year. Renewals for the 2019 season have been sent to season ticket holders, team spokesman Kevin Bryne said Thursday.
