The two-story image of a glowing, loving Divine was granted permanent residency on the side of a historic building in Mount Vernon. A city historic preservation panel voted Tuesday to grant a “retroactive permit” to a mural of Divine titled “I’m So Beautiful” painted this fall in an alley off of 106 E.
