Construction on Atlas Restaurant Group’s expansion into Houston is underway. Building permits for Ouzo Bay, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant, and Loch Bar, a seafood tavern specializing in oysters, were filed earlier this week, according to city of Houston records. The two new restaurants will occupy 11,000 square feet at 4444 Westheimer Road in River Oaks District.
