The owner of popular Korean-inspired restaurant Dooby’s has signed a letter of intent to be a vendor in Broadway Market’s north shed, which is currently undergoing a $3.2 million redevelopment. Philip Han, who runs the Mount Vernon eatery, signed the agreement with the Baltimore Public Markets Corp., a spokesperson for the organization confirmed in an email Friday.
