Developers of Towson’s $125 million Circle East project were awarded three liquor licenses Monday as the search for commercial tenants continues. Circle East, an upcoming mixed-use community adjacent to the Towson Town Center mall, broke ground last November and is aiming for a grand opening date in the second half of 2019.
