One of Remington’s most iconic neighborhood bars is for sale. The Dizz, located at the corner of West 30th Street and Remington Avenue, is on the market for $875,000, according to a listing on the online marketplace LoopNet. The bar and restaurant, with its neon sign, colorful patio furniture and string lights, has been a fixture in the community for decades.
