Co-working giant WeWork has signed its first lease in Baltimore, taking 60,000 square feet in the latest tower under development at Harbor Point. The eight-year-old startup recently inked a deal to open the space in 2020 on the waterfront near Fells Point as the $1 billion redevelopment of the 27-acre former Allied Signal chromium plant continues.
