Highlandtown's Gnocco tweaks its name after copyright dispute

After more than two years as a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant called Gnocco, the Highlandtown concept is changing its name. Over the weekend, the restaurant at 3734 Fleet St. will become Gnocchetto, an Italian word meaning “small dumpling.” The change is due to a copyright dispute with a New York restaurant bearing the same name.
