Urban Plates, a Southern California chain that focuses on healthy and sustainably sourced dishes, has picked the Mall in Columbia for its second location on the East Coast. The eatery held a ribbon cutting in Columbia Monday, a month after opening its first East Coast location at Tysons Galleria in Northern Virginia.
