The owners of Indigma, an Indian restaurant that closed last year near Mount Vernon’s Washington monument, appear to have new plans in the neighborhood. A liquor board notice posted on the former Tavern on the Hill space at 900 Cathedral St. indicates Anthony Chemmanoor and Christina Martija want to open a restaurant there.
