After a search across several southeast Baltimore neighborhoods, the forthcoming Mobtown Brewing Co. has landed on a spot in Brewers Hill. The new craft brewery will open in a former Westinghouse Electric Corp. factory building at 4015 Foster Ave. Head brewer Dave Carpenter said construction work on the 6,000-square-foot space, which will house a taproom and production facility, is slated to start next month.
