Designs for a nearly 30,000-square-foot retail addition to a landmark downtown building are expected to be unveiled this week before a city design panel. The “bump out” building at 10 E. Pratt St. outside of the Transamerica Tower has been in the works for nearly a year. Property owner Corporate Office Properties Trust purchased the city-owned land at the corner of Pratt and Light streets last year for $1.5 million.
