Plans to open a restaurant in the former Alex. Brown & Sons headquarters downtown are moving forward after delays. The Alexander Brown Restaurant has submitted an application for a liquor license, according to the latest notice of transfers from the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore.
