Maryland home prices rose in July for the sixth straight month while the market inventory dropped more than 10 percent compared to this time last year, according to data from Maryland Realtors. The average sale price for a home in Maryland rose to $346,237 in July, up 2.3 percent from the same month last year, while the median price dropped 1.4 percent to $292,500.
