Festival will spotlight culinary contributions of Baltimore's immigrants and refugees

Baltimore has long been a city of immigrants, and as my colleague Holden Wilen notes in the second installment of our “Stop Apologizing, Baltimore” series, they’re responsible for many of our diverse dining options, from the ristorantes of Little Italy to the Jewish delis of Corned Beef Row, and onward to taquerias, Ethiopian eateries and more.
