Widening the B-W Parkway won't happen if Maryland doesn't control it. Hogan, Trump have taken a step in that direction.

Gov. Larry Hogan announced Monday that the state has reached a “general agreement” with the Trump administration to evaluate transferring the federally owned Baltimore-Washington Parkway to Maryland control.
