Light City attendance drops in 2018 amid bad weather

Light City had an economic impact of $33.5 million this year, a nearly 25 percent drop from 2017 as poor weather played a role on overall crowds. The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, the city organization that runs the free arts festival, released its report on Light City’s economic impact Wednesday.
