Local entrepreneurs Dave Phelan and Philip DiMuro are no longer working to build the startup they originally intended. Instead, they are taking lessons learned from trying to launch something new, and helping other entrepreneurs build their own online tools. The partners co-founded the startup Loople in June 2015.
