Medical Cannabis Commission diversity-focused reform bill passes in House, moves to Senate

The Maryland House of Delegates passed a measure Thursday that, if passed in the Senate, would require the state’s medical cannabis commission to increase its focus on diversity in the state’s fledgling industry.
