Startup that helps landlords find renters expands to Baltimore, plans more growth

A startup that wants to help smaller landlords fill their vacant residential rentals has raised $2.2 million and is coming to Baltimore. Steve Welles and Patrick Paul co-founded Ikos in 2016, and grew their company at the AlphaLab accelerator in Pittsburgh. Ikos a real estate-focused startup that uses technology to better connect landlords and renters. Ikos is live in Pittsburgh and Cleveland, and with the help of new financing, it is expanding to two new markets: Baltimore and Columbus, Ohio.…
