A startup that wants to help smaller landlords fill their vacant residential rentals has raised $2.2 million and is coming to Baltimore. Steve Welles and Patrick Paul co-founded Ikos in 2016, and grew their company at the AlphaLab accelerator in Pittsburgh. Ikos a real estate-focused startup that uses technology to better connect landlords and renters.
