Columbia-based Ameritox Ltd., a drug monitoring and urine analysis company, has filed a notice with the North Carolina Department of Commerce it will permanently close its Greensboro lab testing facility and lay off 113 employees. The filing comes as the company told the state of Maryland it plans to close its headquarters in Columbia on May 4. The closure will result in 99 layoffs.
