Dozens of flights in and out of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall have been delayed or canceled on Friday over heavy rain and wind rattling the East Coast. Nearly 50 flights, or 13 percent of all scheduled departures, departing BWI were canceled, according to flight-tracking website FlightAware. About 30 flights, or 7 percent, are delayed.
