A developer’s plans to convert the former Fox Industries building in Hampden into apartments and artist space will move forward after zoning changes to the land were approved last week. The Time Group is planning to renovate the site at 3100-3200 Falls Cliff Road just off Interstate 83 and turn it into apartments.
