Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. posted a 107 percent increase in fourth-quarter earnings, boosted by political advertising and digital offerings. The Hunt Valley broadcaster reported net income of $120.9 million in the fourth quarter, or $1.32 per share, up from $58.2 million, or 61 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
