Atlas Restaurant Group names hospitality veteran as COO

The Atlas Restaurant Group has named longtime restaurant industry executive Salvatore Feli as chief operating officer to oversee its growing restaurant lineup. Feli comes to the Atlas Group from Fig & Olive where he was vice president of operations and oversaw the restaurant’s eight locations in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he worked for hospitality firms One Group and TAO Group. Atlas Group owns Ouzo Bay, Azumi, Loch Bar and Harbor East Deli in Harbor East.…
