Grilled octopus on a granite counter: Jimmy's in Fells Point going upscale

Jimmy’s Restaurant is reinventing itself. A $500,000 facelift of the beloved 80-seat Fells Point eatery will begin today, said new owner Rudy Keskin who bought the Broadway mainstay on Dec. 13. Soon to come is 24-hour service four days a week, beer and wine on the menu, catering and even starched table cloths to set a new mood each day for dinner service between 3 p.m. and midnight.
