Mayor Pugh 'very much concerned' about business impact of $15 minimum wage proposal

Mayor Catherine Pugh spoke out against the rate at which the City Council is rolling out legislation that would increase the city’s minimum wage, saying such a bill could force small businesses to close or move out of Baltimore. “I am concerned, very much concerned,” Pugh said about whether she believes the bill could scare businesses away.
