As the fall and end of 2016 came and went, Canton residents anticipating the opening of Bonchon’s Korean fried chicken restaurant grew more eager. On Tuesday, the restaurant at 3500 Boston St. finally opened for business, but Bonchon area developer and managing member Gregory Trepetin said it is only a soft opening to give his staff a chance to get acclimated with the restaurant.
