Two Woodlawn office buildings neighboring the Social Security Administration recently sold for $7.4 million. The properties, at 1506 and 1508 Woodlawn Drive, total 129,800 square feet and are currently 53 percent leased. Boston-based Colony Realty Partners has owned the buildings since 2006, state property records show.
