The BBJ interviewed several luxury real estate brokers in the summer and they all agreed this was the hottest high-end market since 2006. The data is in for 2016, and the 10 most expensive homes sold across Greater Baltimore ranged from $3.2 million to $6.1 million, for an average of $4.65 million, according to data from MRIS, a Bright MLS Inc. company.
