Kane workers should get some relief from shutdown impact, lawyer says

The more than 900 workers impacted by The Kane Co.’s abrupt shutdown last month should be entitled to a payout for at least some of their lost salary and benefits, but they shouldn’t count on those funds anytime soon, according to one prominent labor lawyer involved the case.
